If you are experiencing a fever on the day of your appointment, please reschedule your appointment.
If you have a cough or experiencing respiratory symptoms, we will ask you to wear a mask.
Gloves and masks are available to any of our patients that request it. We are wiping down surface areas hourly with a hospital-grade germicide. We have rearranged seating in our lobby to create space between our patients. Patients also have the option of utilizing our seating in the hallway outside our Center.
We have a designated cell phone number (669) 377-9120 at our front desk if you prefer to wait in your car to fill out paperwork or wait until you are called or notified via text to begin your appointment. We are happy to call or text while you wait! Please let us know if you would like us to email our registration forms to you prior to your visit. Please request the forms at email@example.com.
If you are a walk-in x-ray patient, please call or text us at: (669) 377-9120 with the type of x-ray you need, and we will reserve a spot for you. We are limiting entrance to our center for patients only unless it is medically necessary for you to have a companion accompany you. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to management via FB message or call our front desk (408) 465-2555 and ask to speak to management.
